N. L. Olson & Associates, Inc

The project is a Medical Health Care Campus for serving Central Kitsap County.  The total project will be completed in three phases, with phase 1 to open late 2000 or January 2001.

A conditional use permit was obtained in the mid 90's with project planning, design and construction continuing since then.

N.L. Olson & Associates, Inc. was responsible for working with

Kitsap County to obtain appropriate land use approval,  pre-planning, final planning, construction documents and all off-site utility and transportation facilities.  Phase one of the project has a cost of about $5,500,000.00

The off-site improvements consisted of widened on existing road to 5 lanes and improving State Highway on and off ramps to comply with current WSDOT standard. which included widening a 5-lane roadway and ingress, egress ramps to a full WSDOT interchange.  Designing improvements and widening of two existing highway off-ramps to Washington State Department of Transportation.
