Summary of Project
Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse located in Kitsap County,
adjacent to the City of Bremerton involved a 160,000 sf
building on a 15 acre site. The site development included a
35 foot high soldier pile retaining walls and a 1.3 million
gallon underground reinforced concrete storm detention
vault.
The project was constructed primarily during winter months without complications with the Department of Ecology and most importantly “on time and under budget”.
