Personal Services
In this age of technology and
computerization sometimes personal service is
overlooked. At N.L. Olson we are firm believers that
there is no substitute for personal service. When a
client calls and wants information they do not get
voice mail. They speak with a real individual who
will get their questions answered. If the particular
individual is not available, the requested
information will be researched and obtained and the
call will be returned. |

Stability
Some larger firms have principles
and/or partners that come and go and face change
relatively frequently. At NLO this is not the case.
NLO has been established for over fifteen years.
Many things have changed in those 15 years, but one
thing has not changed – providing quality design
services to its customers. |

Commitment
When N.L. Olson agrees to work
with a client, any and all of N.L. Olson resources
are available for the clients to achieve their
goals. N.L. Olson will go the extra mile to ensure
the work gets accomplished in a satisfactory manner
and in a timely fashion. When an agreement is made
to get a task accomplished, N.L. Olson is committed
to taking the necessary steps to fulfill this
commitment. |

100% Accountability
Accountability is something N.L.
Olson insist on. In this day and age it is difficult
to find people willing to be held accountable for
their actions or lack of action. But this is not the
case at N.L. Olson. At N.L. Olson if problems
surface, we assess the situation and if we have some
part in the problem, we do not waste time and money
pointing fingers at other parties. We have the
confidence and integrity to step up, acknowledge the
problem, and work to resolve the situation as
quickly as possible to avoid further delays or
impacts. |

Quality
This statement has become trite
over the last few years. But at N.L. Olson we strive
for quality and excellence in everything we do. The
process is on-going and continual, subtle
modifications and/or adjustments are being made in
an effort to reach this goal. In the engineering and
surveying arenas, quality requires careful,
methodical, precise execution of the design process.
Tedious attention to detail is required. Plans must
be completed with close coordination between the
various disciplines. A careful deliberate, design
process is followed on each and every project, large
or small. It is less costly in the long run to be
careful during the design phase, rather than hastily
compiling a design that either does not function
efficiently or the construction cost is exorbitant. |
